About Victor Kumar
Victor Kumar has been investing in property across several market cycles, buying his first property in August 1998, just over a year after migrating to Australia with his wife in February 1997 with $4,500 in their pockets.
A qualified radiographer and sonographer, he joined the workforce almost straight away. A minor back injury while working at Liverpool Hospital got him thinking there needed to be more security around his income, so he began educating himself on investing in shares and property, and on the principles of business.
In 1999 he bought his first investment property. Applying what he learned from books, mentors and the many seminars he and his wife attended, he has gone on to buy multiple investment properties each year over two decades, constantly adjusting the portfolio in line with his goals and the market, and today controls a multi million dollar portfolio.
